First General Canada is looking for an outstanding performer to join our Team as Regional Director for the Greater Toronto Area.
As Regional Director, you will work with our Offices in delivering service excellence and are ultimately responsible for the delivery of outstanding metrics in the GTA. The Regional Director will be a brand ambassador and protect brand integrity by conducting regular on site meetings with our offices.
The Regional Director will be responsible for communication and execution of Corporate initiatives in the GTA and be responsible to resolve service escalations.
The successful candidate will have strong verbal, written and strategic thinking skills as well as an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Xactimate and Xactanalysis. Strong organizational skills, combined with a professional demeanor and an enthusiastic attitude is important.
