Our 2014 AGM & KPI Awards

First General wrapped up our annual general meeting. It was a joint meeting of our Canadian and US offices, and was hosted in New Orleans from June 9-10. It was a great opportunity for everyone to connect, learn best-practices, and look at opportunities to improve our business and serve our clients better.

We are also thrilled to announce our Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Award winners. Our KPIs are designed to identify excellent client services, and we are pleased to announce that our: Temiskaming Office came in first; our Oxford Office in second; and our London office in third.
