First General Services North America respects the privacy of every person who visits our web site or uses our services. This policy provides details about our approach to privacy, to give you peace of mind. It is important to note that First General Services North America is an affiliation of members, and this policy only applies to the activities of First General Services North America. It does not necessarily cover the activities of our members.



For over thirty years, First General Services North America has been the leading choice for property damage restoration services of property owners, insurance companies, policyholders and property managers during times of crisis and insurance claims. In conducting its business, First General Services North America operates in two main capacities:

  • Developing the overall capacity and reputation of the First General network
  • Growing the network of office across North America



In various places on our Web sites, we may request information from you. This might include your name, email address, other contact info, and demographic data. We limit the amount and type of information gathered to what is necessary for the identified purpose. We use this information to:

  • Send you an electronic newsletter, if you’ve requested it,
  • Alert you about new products or product updates,

When you download a white paper, or sign-up for a newsletter from First General Services North America, we request your email address, so we can send you a confirmation message.



When you subscribe to a First General Services North America newsletter, we provide simple instructions, in each newsletter, on how you can cancel your subscription.



First General Services North America collects technical and demographic information about you that does not personally identify you. Examples of this type of information include the computer operating system you use, your Internet browser, your domain name and IP address, and the Web pages you view. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. We use this information to diagnose problems with our Web site and to better tailor its content

We send email only to people who have requested our newsletter, or asked for information about our products.
